Aggreko

Background

Energy consumption has grown rapidly over the past century, driven by both an expanding population and increasing prosperity. This transition is being further accelerated by a growing demand for renewable energy. JVAT delivered its Wellbeing and Resilience Program to enable Aggreko to integrate resilience, engagement and wellbeing initiatives for optimal organisational performance.

Process

JVAT’s experienced facilitators delivered a two-day Resilience and Wellbeing Program our client’s leadership management team based in Australia and New Zealand. The goal was to create a framework that could be adopted by the entire organisation while informing their resilience and wellbeing initiatives.

Interactive, engaging and practical, the data-driven workshop is designed to pragmatically shift people’s perspective on the biological, cognitive and psychological responses to stress and their ability to control them.

Outcome

The outcome of this engagement was that JVAT’s Resilience and Wellbeing program delivered tangible outcomes at all business levels:

  1. Employees who are equipped with the necessary tools to self-manage their individual resilience and seek opportunities to actively engage with the organisation

  2. Leaders who are inspired and equipped to enable their teams to respond, recover and grow from workplace stressors

  3. Organisations that are confident to invest in targetable areas of resilience, engagement and wellbeing to deliver tangible outcomes

The program delivered measurable, significant and impactful changes to both the individual and the team capacity to cope with the normal and abnormal tensions of business (and life), shifting perspectives on the ‘stress experience’ from a fixed to a growth mindset - from surviving to thriving.

JVAT provides unique consultancy, advice, training and workshops to assist in identifying risk and managing safety, tailored to a wide range of sectors, including Energy & Resources.
